What we collect

When you use the contact form or the investigation request form we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you enter. Nothing else is collected, and this site does not use advertising or analytics tracking.

Why we collect it

To answer you, and to arrange an investigation if that is what you asked for. We do not sell or share your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Client confidentiality

Client names, addresses and personal experiences are confidential. If a case appears in our public archive, private residences are anonymised and no address is published. Commercial clients decide what may be shared before anything is published. This obligation is written into our standards of conduct.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are stored so we can find your enquiry later. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Spam protection

Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission came from a person rather than a script. Cloudflare processes technical information about that check.
